For several weeks, the marketing department—supported by teachers—organized an Open House for families from various companies, including parents from South Korea, Australia, United States and China. Guests learned about the school’s two educational programs.

In addition to worldwide university access, the German-English program’s graduation enables tuition-free study in Germany and opens numerous career opportunities, particularly in Europe.

For children who prefer an English-only curriculum, the school will introduce a fully English-language stream starting in September 2025. Switching between programs later on is also possible.
Various activities were arranged for the children. A highlight was a science experiment with red cabbage juice, where young researchers tested whether common household substances—such as lemon juice or baking soda—acted as acids or bases. The students conducted these experiments themselves in a workshop led by the school’s STEM department and were amazed by the vibrant results.



Meanwhile, parents gathered information about curricula, teachers, and diplomas at the information booths.

Many parents appreciated that IGS offers Mandarin, Spanish, and French. Learning a second foreign language is especially valuable for international families planning to transition to a secondary school in Europe.

Starting next school year, the IGS kindergarten program will expand to include a toddler group for children under 2.5 years old.
