Last week, IGS Hefei was honoured to join the German School Shanghai (DSS) in celebrating its 30th anniversary——marking the start of a deeper exchange between our schools.

Jens Baars, Board Representative at DSS, welcomed our team and led a campus tour. As a school offering continuous education from kindergarten to upper secondary, DSS provides a valuable practical example with its well-established operations and curriculum.

Teams from both schools held in-depth discussions on optimizing operational management and shared practical experiences related to key aspects of daily school life.

The visit provided meaningful insights into DSS’s experience and strengthened ties between our school communities. We look forward to applying the knowledge gained and contributing to the advancement of high-quality international education in Anhui Province.
