On 17 October, Mr. Michael Gross, HR Business Partner International, Audi Group, and Mr. Bojing Xu, Head of the Volkswagen Employee Service Center (China), led a delegation to IGS Hefei for an exchange visit. They were accompanied throughout by Ms. Heide Schaffer, Head of School, and Ms. Jessie Wu, Executive President.

During a tour of our learning spaces and campus facilities, Mr Gross highlighted the thoughtful design of our internationally oriented classrooms and our student-centred ethos. He also praised the school’s rapid development from the ground up, noting that IGS Hefei’s swift construction and high-quality operations demonstrate strong capability in international education.

Following the tour, the delegation and school leaders held constructive discussions on education services for employees’ children, school–enterprise collaboration, and practical pathways in international education. Both parties also explored opportunities for future partnership.

The visit strengthened communication between our organisations and laid a positive foundation for collaborative models that draw on our respective strengths.
