The IGS summer camp offered exciting insights into the world of natural science and technology with a visit to the Science and Technology Museum.

The younger group slid through an oversized nasal cavity, were impressed by artificial tornados, and encountered extinct animals like the dodo and the mammoth.



Third graders worked on traffic planning, explored fossils, and learned how the Earth’s circumference was calculated in the past.

The oldest participants, however, investigated physical phenomena, experimented with magnetism, and learned why perpetual motion machines are fascinating – but never work.


Between the stations, there was enough time to rest, play, eat, and share experiences together in the specially rented classroom. A successful outing where a lot was learned and a lot of fun was had.
