ENROLMENT

Documents needed for registration

To enrol your child at IGS Hefei, we require the following documents which you can attach during the online enrolment process as pdf or jpg files. 

• Passport of first parent / legal guardian
• Passport of second parent / legal guardian
• Child’s passport
• Child’s birth certificate
• Child’s vaccination status
• Proof of payment of registration fee
• Proof of custody if the child’s parents are unmarried or separated, or if one or both of the child’s parents are not their biological parents

For kindergarten applications:

• Child development reports from any previously attended child-care facilities
• Signed information sheet for Kindergarten

For school applications:

• Most recent half-year and end-of-year reports
• If your child is changing schools during the school year, a leaving certificate from their current school
• School type recommendation, if applicable
• For children enrolling in Year 1, a child development report from their most recent child care facility, and a pre-enrolment medical examination report

Additional administrative documents

The following additional documents must either be sent directly with your application form or be provided to the school no later than four weeks after your child’s enrolment:

• Copies of the parents’/guardians’ and child’s Hefei residence permits
• Copies of the parents’/guardians’ and child’s police registration certificates
• Copies of working parents’/guardians’ work permits
