To further strengthen the quality of on-campus medical and wellbeing provision and to create an even safer environment for learning and working, IGS-HF and Hefei BOE Hospital held a plaque presentation ceremony on 16 January, officially marking the start of their strategic partnership. Jessie Wu, Executive President of IGS-HF, Rebecca Rohrmeier, Head of IGS-HF Kindergarten, and He Fang, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Hefei BOE Hospital, Liu Kai, Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Marketing & Planning Department attended the ceremony.

Under the agreement, both partners will work closely across several areas, including the coordination of international-standard medical services, personalised health consultations, and school-wide health education initiatives. The shared aim is to provide high-quality, efficient, and accessible healthcare for staff and learners, supporting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Prior to the ceremony, Ms Jessie Wu and Ms Rohrmeier accompanied the visiting guests on a tour of the campus, including teaching facilities and the on-site health service stations. Guests were particularly impressed by the modern learning spaces, the school’s culturally diverse community, and the thorough planning in place to support the health and safety of staff and learners—an encouraging basis for future collaboration.

Looking ahead, IGS-HF and Hefei BOE Hospital will continue to refine and strengthen the school’s healthcare systems and embed international best practice within our campus health provision. Together, we aim to build a safe and healthy international school environment, while also contributing to the ongoing development of international-standard medical services in Hefei.
