I lead the Kindergarten at the International German School Hefei with the goal of creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop curiosity, confidence, and creativity through a child-centered approach.

Together with the team, I shape the daily life of the kindergarten, foster strong connections with families, and ensure a close alignment with the school’s bilingual and intercultural profile.

Having lived and worked in Germany, Peru, and Guatemala, I bring a profound understanding of intercultural education and bilingual learning. My training as a state-certified kindergarten educator, combined with a degree in social work with a focus on intercultural competence, allows me to unite practical expertise with academic knowledge.
