Ramona Luecke

I have been working in early childhood education for over 18 years, supporting children in nursery, kindergarten, and after-school care settings. A particularly formative experience for me was my work in a special education kindergarten, where I supported children with diverse developmental needs and strengthened their social and emotional development.

Building on this experience, I now work as an educator in the Pre-Kindergarten, supporting children from the age of 12 months and guiding them through their first steps in a structured learning environment.

The early years are especially important, as children develop fundamental experiences in relationships, trust, and independence. Therefore, I place great importance on a gentle settling-in process, secure attachments, and an environment that offers both emotional security and meaningful early learning opportunities.

My work is based on the belief that children explore their world actively, with curiosity and through all their senses. Through caring guidance, clear structures, and intentional learning impulses, I support them in developing confidence, building first social connections, and discovering their individual abilities.

For me, education is not just a profession, but a meaningful and responsible role. I see it as my task to recognize each child as an individual and to support them attentively on their personal developmental journey.
